Your IMPACT:

• Installation, configuration and service of electrical equipment.
• Fault finding and troubleshooting, diagnostics.
• Consulting customers on equipment use and maintenance.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure high quality customer service.
• Performing preventive maintenance and modifications at customer locations.
• Daily communication with customers to ensure that their requests are resolved.
• Maintaining tools, test equipment and ensuring their correct calibration. Ordering spare parts.
• Working with CRM systems (using the escalation process in CRM to resolve customer service issues).
• Timely fulfilment of administrative duties, such as: maintaining customer service logs and internal service records.
  
  

Your Profile:

• Higher technical education in electrical engineering or related specialties.
• Experience working with medium and low voltage equipment.
• Knowledge of relay protection and automation.
• Ability to work with frequency converters.
• Analytical mindset and ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in a team.
• English level – B1 will be advantage.
• Driving licence (B), readiness for travel 80% of working time.
