The Warehouse Operator supports the daily production needs of a meat production facility. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to loading/unloading raw materials and finished goods from trailers; supplying the packaging department with the necessary equipment.

The Warehouse Operator supports the daily production needs of a meat production facility. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to: loading/unloading raw materials and finished goods from trailers; supplying the packaging department with necessary equipment; maintaining warehouse inventory levels and reporting data up to the Ops team; effectively tracking all paperwork; operating a fork lift in all weather conditions; successfully prioritizing the needs of the business; attending daily leadership meetings; maintaining a high level of ownership and accountability for the warehouse; all other duties as assigned.

Job Description
The Warehouse Operator supports the daily production needs of a meat production facility. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to: loading/unloading raw materials and finished goods from trailers; supplying the packaging department with necessary equipment; maintaining warehouse inventory levels and reporting data up to the Ops team; effectively tracking all paperwork; operating a fork lift in all weather conditions; successfully prioritizing the needs of the business; attending daily leadership meetings; maintaining a high level of ownership and accountability for the warehouse; all other duties as assigned.
Job responsibilities
- Prioritize safety above all else
- Take direction from multiple sources with the ability to prioritize the needs of the business
- Maintain a high sense of ownership and accountability over the warehouse
- Communicate warehouse/inventory needs to the plant leadership team
- Properly complete required paperwork daily per Quality guidelines
- Have a mathematical aptitude for tracking incoming and outgoing paperwork
