Acquisition & Performance Marketing
- Scale trial acquisition and lead generation
- Test new acquisition channels and growth experiments
- Create and iterate on:
- Landing pages
- Ad creatives (copy, angles, hooks)
- Blog/content ideas aligned with high-intent keywords
- Conversion-focused content (guides, comparison pages, use cases)
- Generate new content ideas and growth angles based on data and experiments
- Continuously improve messaging for technical audiences (DevOps, QA, engineering)
- Run A/B tests on landing pages and messaging
- Improve trial activation demo funnel
- Align content with conversion intent
- Identify high-intent keywords and content opportunities
- Drive SEO execution through content and structure
- Optimize content for both ranking and conversion
- Own tracking, attribution, and funnel visibility
- Analyze which content and channels actually drive pipeline
- Identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or performance marketing
- Proven track record of driving:
- Free trials / signups
- Qualified pipeline / demos
- Strong hands-on execution across:
- Paid acquisition
- CRO
- Content-driven growth
- Experience as an individual contributor (not just managing agencies)
- Strong understanding of:
- Tracking systems (GA4, GTM, event tracking)
- Attribution models and funnel analysis
- Comfortable troubleshooting tracking independently
- Ability to work with data (SQL or equivalent is a plus)
- Background in:
- QA / DevOps / SRE / Network Engineering / Software Development
- Experience marketing:
- Monitoring, observability, or load testing tools
- You are a builder who creates and tests ideas, not just runs campaigns
- You can turn ideas into assets quickly (pages, ads, content)
- You are comfortable as a scrappy solo operator
- You focus on results (trials, pipeline), not activity
- Increased free trials and signups
- Growth in qualified pipeline and demos
- New content and landing pages that convert
- Improved conversion rates across funnel
- Clear visibility into which content drives revenue
- Scalable acquisition channels with predictable output
