Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy

• Participation in the development of the marketing strategy in line with the company’s business goals
• Mapping the company's strategic priorities into actionable marketing initiatives and plans
• Lead the implementation of the company’s approved marketing strategy
  
  

Brand & Rebranding

• Ensure consistent support and development of VIPCEM’s brand positioning
• Participate in the company’s rebranding process and brand transformation projects
  
  

Marketing Materials & Communications

• Develop and update corporate and product presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Create marketing materials for the B2B segment
• Supervise the quality, relevance, and consistency of external communications (website, professional channels)
  
  

Sales Support

• Provide marketing support to the sales team (materials, value propositions, etc.)
• Structure key messages and develop tools for effective client interactions
• Collect, analyze, and integrate feedback from the sales department
  
  

Project Management

• Collaborate with external contractors (design, advertising materials, etc.)
• Set technical requirements, supervise execution quality and deadlines
  
  

Analytics

• Conduct market, competitor, and trend analysis
• Prepare analytical reports and practical recommendations for the leadership team
  
  

Requirements

• Higher education in Marketing, Management, Economics, or related fields
• 2–3 years of marketing experience (B2B or industrial sector preferred)
• Solid understanding of marketing strategy and branding principles
• Strong command of marketing tools and communication platforms for product positioning and promotion
• English proficiency – Upper Intermediate level
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to prepare analytical reports, presentations, and visual materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Proven experience in rebranding initiatives and brand communication projects is considered an advantage
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently while managing and coordinating external contractors
• Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, structured approach, and professional reliability.
