About Organization

GoGlobal is a Ukrainian educational foundation that has been piloting, implementing, and scaling innovative educational projects for the past 9 years. Our mission is to empower new generations of Ukrainians to become changemakers by equipping them with essential knowledge, tools, and methods.

Together with our partners, we aim to transform Ukraine’s education system by making students and teachers co-creators of change—active participants, not passive recipients. Since our founding, we’ve built a nationwide community of over 5,000 teachers and 4,000+ schools. More than 170,000 children and youth have participated in our programs, supported by volunteers from over 80 countries.

Since the start of the full-scale war, our focus has shifted to supporting the psychological well-being of teachers and helping students build essential life skills.

How You Can Help

Ways to volunteer with us

Speaking Clubs

Join our online speaking clubs and connect with Ukrainian youth, vocational school students, and future English teachers. Each session is co-hosted with a Ukrainian teacher and focuses on building English speaking confidence and cross-cultural understanding. Volunteering runs in one-month cycles, requires up to 6 hours per month, and all materials are provided.

Workshops for teachers

If you are a professional English teacher or education specialist, you can also volunteer by hosting an online workshop or training session for Ukrainian teachers of English, sharing your expertise, teaching methods, or classroom practices.

Host interactive workshops for youth

We invite volunteers to host a 1-hour online workshop or interactive session on Zoom for Ukrainian students. Sessions can also cover a wide range of topics, from art, storytelling, and fitness to coding, AI, space, social media, career planning, entrepreneurship, public speaking, and environmental issues, based on your expertise and interests.

Summer camps (offline)

We also organize offline educational camps in the summer. If you are interested in participating as a volunteer, feel free to message us for more details.

Skills requirement

Good level of English language (B2-C2), ability to use Zoom or Google Meet, ability to listen actively, ask questions, and engage participants.

Experience requirement

To participate in projects, a volunteer needs high motivation, sociability, openness to new knowledge. Experience in any field is welcome

Time commitment

In speaking clubs, volunteers choose a schedule convenient for them: from 1- 4 hours per week. For workshops it could be 1 hour per month.
