Embedded Test Engineer – Ethernet&TCP/IP IRC301276

Description

Our customer is a world-leading provider of 4G/5G chips and modules for the IoT market. Within the Product Validation team, you will contribute to designing and developing system regression tests and testing the customer’s 4G and 5G solutions. The Product Validation team is responsible for defining and establishing the methodology and environment for efficient system-level testing.

Requirements

• BA, MS degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field
• At least 6 months of experience in software testing, test automation, system integration, administration, or other IT-related field
• Good knowledge and understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques
• Experience in working with testing documentation
• Experience in Linux (or other Unix-based) operating systems
• Knowledge/experience in computer networks (Ethernet, TCP/IP)
• At least intermediate spoken and written English
  
  
  

Job responsibilities

• Participate in the definition of the test specifications
• Participate in test execution and bug reporting
• Participate in the analysis and diagnosis of regular system regression tests
• Participate in analysis and troubleshooting of the complex software/hardware systems
• Cooperate with development and integration team to follow up bug resolution
