Senior Web & Digital Analyst

We are seeking a talented Senior Web & Digital Analyst to join EPAM's dynamic team.

As a key player in our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering data-driven insights and strategies to optimize the online presence of our clients across Europe.

Kindly note that this role supports remote work, but only from within Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Design measurement frameworks and set key performance indicators to track client success
• Innovate tracking deployment for accurate data collection
• Develop insightful, automated dashboards using Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
• Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance clients’ online strategies
• Undertake thorough research across all aspects of clients' digital strategies
• Collaborate extensively with various departments to equip our customers with transformative business intelligence
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering
• 3+ years of Web Analytics experience and a background in online marketing strategies like SEO
• Proficiency in using Web Analytics tools, tag management systems, and data visualization tools
• Expertise in A/B testing methodologies
• Strong statistical and analytical capabilities with a knack for identifying trends and anomalies in data
• English proficiency at B2+ level in both written and spoken communication
• Qualifications in SQL or Python and knowledge of JavaScript are highly advantageous
