We’re looking for an organized, proactive Project Manager to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with an experienced Project Manager, taking ownership of day-to-day coordination across several accounts — starting with a group of similar, template-based AI projects — and growing over time into a support-coordinator role on a larger, more complex account.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities, tasks, and deadlines across multiple accounts;
  • Keep Jira/ClickUp and project documentation accurate and up to date;
  • Prepare meeting notes and status reports, and follow up on action items;
  • Support routine client communication and monitor client chats for urgent issues;
  • Flag risks, blockers, and dependencies to the Project Manager;
  • Help coordinate similar, template-based AI projects, sprint planning, and backlog organization.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Project Management or Coordination;
  • Basic understanding of SDLC;
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2–C1) or higher English, written and spoken;
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Proactive, structured approach; comfortable working independently and in a team;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, and basic knowledge of Jira/ClickUp/Trello or similar tools;
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ceremonies;
  • Genuine interest in Project Management, software development, and AI/emerging technologies.

Nice To Have

  • Previous internship or work experience in an IT company;
  • Interest in support/ticket coordination workflows (e.g., Managed Service);
  • Relevant certifications (Google Project Management, Scrum Fundamentals, CAPM).
