Junior Transactional Services Specialist

UA, Lviv

Hybrid work for Lviv region candidates, remote for other Ukrainian locations.

You are:

• University degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience working with SAP is a plus
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Confident in English on at least Upper- intermediate level (spoken and written).
• Customer-focused, with a professional, customer-first mindset
  
  

With you we will:

• Manage freight and customer claims (including refusals and returns), ensuring accurate documentation collection and timely registration in claims systems
• Control and optimize additional logistics costs (e.g., demurrage), ensuring compliance with contracts, company policies, and carrier agreements
• Maintain accurate and timely claims and cost registration in SAP, Transpareon, and other systems, supporting reporting and root cause analysis
• Ensure timely collection, validation, and traceability of Proof of Delivery (POD) and CMR documentation, meeting audit and compliance standards
• Monitor, document, and resolve transport-related events (delays, damages, service failures), collaborating with carriers and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate end-to-end claims, documentation, and transportation processes with T-Hub teams, Freight Settlement, carriers, and markets to ensure timely resolution and effective communication
