What You Will Be Doing

• Examine student performance data to generate precise, actionable academic reports that inform timely interventions
• Take full ownership of academic outcomes for a designated student cohort, managing placement, assessment decisions, and follow-through
• Lead focused academic intervention sessions that diagnose root causes and clear learning obstacles in real time
• Facilitate post-assessment coaching to distinguish between conceptual gaps and execution errors, then assign specific corrective steps
• Work closely with academic leadership and parent support teams to escalate concerns and refine systems or processes

Education Data Analyst Key Responsibilities

Provide precise, prompt academic analysis and direct student interventions that demonstrably accelerate learning progress for assigned student cohorts.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year in a coaching, instructional, or training capacity with documented results or feedback
• At least 1 year of sustained, hands-on experience working directly with K–8 students (intermittent tutoring does not meet this requirement)
• Proven background in data science, education, EdTech, or student support roles that integrate analytical and interpersonal responsibilities
• Fluency in both spoken and written Ukrainian and English
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including lookups, filters, pivot tables, and chart creation
• High level of emotional intelligence with the capacity to establish trust rapidly with students and parents
• Documented use of AI to analyze data or streamline workflows with quantifiable efficiency improvements

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
