Due to the expansion of the finance department, we invite an experienced operations accountant to join the team — someone who works with primary documentation, supplier payments, waybills and stock balances, and who will help ensure accuracy of accounting and timeliness of financial operations.

Requirements

  • Secondary/higher education (accounting or economics), or accounting courses. 1-3 years of operational experience.
  • Work with primary documents: invoices, acts, receipts, Nova Poshta waybills, 1C, KeyCRM.
  • Managing sole proprietor (FOP) records, preparing documents for tax reporting, reconciling bank statements.
  • Confident knowledge of 1C:Accounting for primary documents, waybills, invoices, acts, warehouse inventory.
  • Knowledge of M.E.Doc for tax invoices, matching item names in expense documents and invoices.
  • Nova Poshta: creating/registering waybills, tracking statuses, printouts.
  • Knowledge of Client-Bank (Privat24 Business, MonoBank) for paying supplier invoices.
  • Issuing payment orders in Client-Bank (Privat24, MonoBank Business and others). Excel for manual checking of receivables/payables and reconciliation of stock balances.
  • Ability to work with a large volume of routine documents, reconciliation of invoices.
  • Ukrainian — native.
  • High attention to detail when checking names, amounts, documents.
  • Patience and organisation for routine operational work.

Responsibilities

  • Paying supplier invoices via Client-Bank, checking the correctness of amounts and details.
  • Issuing payment orders in Client-Bank (Privat24, MonoBank Business and others).
  • Work with primary documents: invoices, acts, receipts, Nova Poshta waybills.
  • Reconciling product names in invoices and expense documents, resolving discrepancies.
  • Reconciling bank statements.
  • Creating and registering waybills in Nova Poshta, controlling shipments, tracking statuses, printouts.
  • Carrying out warehouse inventory, entering balances into 1C.
  • Manual processing of primary documents, reconciling receivables/payables with counterparties.

Will Be a Plus

  • Experience in e-commerce or a company with a large volume of primary documents.
  • Knowledge of foreign economic activity documents (invoices, packing lists for export).
  • Work with SOTA/Bindics for electronic document management.
  • Experience of inventory in large warehouses (over 1000 SKU).
