Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Salesforce)

We seek a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing R&D team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in building our platform: from optimizing and refactoring existing code to designing and developing impactful new features for scale, seamless integrations, and tailored solutions that serve our growing client base.

This is an exciting opportunity for developers to work hands-on with cutting-edge technologies, including React, Node, AWS, and TypeScript, and gain valuable experience building and implementing complex systems.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and conduct tech designs, implement, and optimize features using advanced technologies.
• Design, build, and maintain robust system integrations, specifically focusing on seamless, bi-directional data syncs between our platform and enterprise CRMs (Salesforce).
• Take ownership of features, systems, and end-to-end processes.
• Work seamlessly across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Architect secure authentication flows and manage M2M (Machine-to-Machine) communications for third-party API connections.
• Translate complex product requirements into robust and scalable solutions.
• Implement resilient integration architectures, including handling webhooks, rate limiting strategies, and reliable retry mechanisms for external API calls.
• Collaborate with an exceptional team of engineers to solve challenging problems.
• Maintain clear documentation for application changes, development updates, and API integration flows.
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of meaningful experience with backend & frontend development (React and Node.js) and APIs, in a real production environment.
• Proven experience building complex integrations with third-party APIs and a strong understanding of CRM data models (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Custom Objects).
• Deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk API, SOQL/SOSL, and configuring Connected Apps.
• Strong understanding of modern authentication protocols, specifically OAuth2 (Authorization Code, Client Credentials flows), JWT, and secure token lifecycle management (e.g., Refresh Token Rotation).
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of databases, including SQL and MongoDB.
• In-depth understanding of the DOM, client-side performance, and browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with Salesforce backend development (Apex triggers/classes, Platform Events) is a strong plus.
