Full-Stack Engineer (Rails / React)

About The Role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer (Rails / React) to join our team and build AI-first products for clients in EdTech, FinTech and automation domains. You’ll work across modern Rails and React codebases, contributing to products from idea to production. This role is about building, owning and improving real solutions - not spending your days in endless meetings.

What you bring

You’ll Have The Opportunity To:

• Design and implement scalable features across backend and frontend
• Work closely with product and engineering teams
• Improve architecture, performance, and developer experience
• Use AI-powered tools to make development faster and smarter
• Take ownership of technical decisions and product outcomes
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Ruby on Rails in production
• Strong experience with React and/or Next.js
• Solid understanding of modern web application architecture
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Comfortable communicating in English (B1+ / working level)
• Interest in AI tools and experience integrating them into your development workflow
• Ownership mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
