Unity 3D Developer

We're building immersive simulation experiences—and we're looking for a Unity 3D Developer who can take the reins of game development and bring our vision to life. If you're a self-sufficient coder with a passion for crafting polished PC and console titles, we want to hear from you.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Unity Engine
• Successfully shipped at least one PC or Console game
• Capable of independently developing core game systems from scratch
• Strong collaboration skills with artists and designers
• Skilled in gameplay architecture, performance optimization
• Proficient in Unity (C#), Reactive Frameworks(UniRx), Unitask

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of simulation games from prototype to release
• Build and optimize gameplay systems, UI, and core mechanics
• Collaborate closely with art and design teams to ensure seamless integration
• Troubleshoot and maintain codebase across platforms

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with shader development, lighting, and asset pipelines
• Idle game development experience
• Multiplayer game development experience

Availability Requirement

• Must be online and reachable between 12:00–18:00 GMT+3 on weekdays for team sync and collaboration
