What You Will Be Doing

• Evaluate student performance metrics to generate precise, usable academic reports that inform timely intervention strategies
• Take full accountability for academic progress within your assigned student cohort, including decisions on placement, assessments, and responsive actions
• Facilitate focused academic support sessions designed to uncover underlying issues and eliminate learning obstacles immediately
• Lead post-assessment review sessions to distinguish conceptual misunderstandings from procedural errors and prescribe specific corrective measures
• Partner with academic leadership and family engagement teams to flag emerging concerns and refine operational systems or resources

Academic Intervention Specialist Key Responsibilities

Provide precise, well-timed academic analysis and direct student interventions that demonstrably improve learning outcomes for your designated student groups.

Basic Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year in a coaching, teaching, or instructional capacity with verifiable performance records or stakeholder feedback
• A minimum of 1 year of substantive, direct experience working with students in grades K–8 (sporadic or informal tutoring is insufficient)
• Proven background in data science, education, educational technology, or student services involving both analytical and relational responsibilities
• Professional fluency in both Ukrainian and English, spoken and written
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets, including functions such as lookups, filtering, pivot tables, and data visualization
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and capacity to establish rapport rapidly with students and their families
• Documented application of AI tools to conduct data analysis or streamline processes, with quantifiable improvements in efficiency

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
