About The Role

We are looking for a specialist who will act as the main analytics contact for assigned business teams, helping stakeholders make effective use of reporting and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support stakeholders in using GA4, Looker Studio dashboards, and internal analytics tools.
• Gather and translate business requirements into reporting and dashboard needs.
• Manage analytics-related requests and coordinate their delivery.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops for business users.
• Collect feedback and collaborate with analytics teams on improvements.
• Promote reporting best practices and analytics tool adoption.
• Provide basic interpretation of dashboard metrics and analytics insights.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience working with business stakeholders or clients.
• English level B2+.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of analytics, reporting, and dashboarding concepts.
• Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests.

• Experience delivering training or workshops.
