Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking sector (in risk management).
- Strong knowledge of requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).
- Hands-on experience with ICAAP / ILAAP / RCAAP implementation.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Fluent English.
- Development and implementation of the Bank’s risk strategy: Design and implementation of a comprehensive risk management framework in line with regulatory requirements and international best practices.
- Management of all types of risks: Identification, assessment, monitoring, and control of credit, market, operational, liquidity, and other risks.
- Establishment and development of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework: Implementation of effective policies, procedures, and methodologies.
- Risk appetite oversight: Definition, approval, and monitoring of the Bank’s risk appetite and key risk indicators (KRIs).
- Stress testing, capital and liquidity management: Organization and oversight of:
- Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP);
- Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ILAAP);
- Participation in the Bank’s Recovery and Capital Action Plan (RCAAP).
- Reporting and regulatory interaction: Preparation of reports for the Management Board, Supervisory Board, and the National Bank of Ukraine.
- Participation in business decision-making: Risk assessment of new products, projects, and initiatives.
- Leadership of the risk function: Team management and development of the risk management function.
- Interaction with control functions: Cooperation with Internal Audit, Compliance, and other relevant departments.
