A Day in the Life

An entrepreneurial opportunity to drive retail growth in the Ukrainian market. Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will manage joint business plans and drive sales success.

• Commercial Execution: Develop and deploy promotional and trade activation plans with key retailers to maximize sell-out.
• Data Analytics: Track sales performance, stock levels, and market trends to make data-driven commercial decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure seamless execution at the point of sale.
  
  

We Are Looking For

• A results-oriented junior talent with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and great relationship-building skills.
• Recent graduate ready to take on commercial responsibilities.
• Skilled at translating sales data and market insights into actionable commercial plans.
• Strong ability to coordinate and align with cross-functional teams.
