Promotions Manager

About your new job:

As the Promotions Manager, you will lead the end-to-end promotional management process within the Business Unit, developing strategies and guidelines that optimize promotional investments, improve ROI, and drive sustainable business growth.

You can be successful in this role if:

• Lead the development of annual promotional strategy and Rules across products, customers, channels, timing, and promo depth;
• Develop and manage promotional calendars, ensuring effective execution and continuous optimization;
• Own the End-to-End Promo Management process, including planning, review, and post-promotional evaluation;
• Analyze historical and current promotional performance to identify risks, opportunities, and key areas for improvement;
• Track and report promo ROI, uplift, promo pressure, and promo depth, turning insights into actionable recommendations;
• Develop promotional guidelines and recommendations to improve future promotional performance;
• Monitor pricing and competitive price movements, identifying strategic promo opportunities;
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and meetings to strengthen promo effectiveness and commercial capabilities;
• Manage and develop the Promo Management team, ensuring clear priorities and delivery of business objectives.

Our new team member needs to:

• Have relevant experience in commercial, trade marketing, RGM, category management, pricing, or finance, preferably in FMCG;
• Have strong business acumen and understanding of revenue, profitability, pricing, discounts, and promotional investments;
• Have excellent analytical skills and advanced MS Excel; (Power BI and basic coding skills are a strong advantage);
• Have strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work with senior leaders;
• Have a fluent level of English;
• Be structured, result-oriented, and solution-focused.
