We’re excited to offer an opportunity for PEC & Reporting Coordinator to join our finance team.

With you we will: 

• Coordinate execution of Period End Close (PEC), Decision Support (DS), and Accounting Operations (AO) activities for assigned Markets, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, processes, and agreed service levels.
• Perform Balance Sheet and General Ledger reconciliations, investigate outstanding balances and discrepancies.
• Execute and monitor cost allocation activities, ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare financial, management, and statutory reporting in line with business requirements and deadlines.
• Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with NAS, NIBSS, internal controls, and operational guidelines, while supporting stable and high-quality service delivery to Markets.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across assigned Markets, internal teams, and relevant support functions.
  
  

Key requirements:

• Master’s degree in Economics/Accountancy/Finance
• Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel, Power BI
• Strong knowledge in accounting and reporting standards (NAS, NIBSS, IFRS) and internal control frameworks
• Hands-on experience in Period End Close (PEC), Decision Support (DS), and Accounting Operations (AO) activities
• Successful experience in managing stakeholders, projects
• Strong Continuous Improvement mindset
