Software Test Engineer Trainee

If you're already familiar with the basics of Software Testing and eager to dive deeper into manual testing and achieve a Junior Software Test Engineer position, then this training program is exactly what you need! Participants will receive all the necessary knowledge, materials, and support from EPAM experts throughout the course.

This manual testing course will help you understand the essential role of a Test Engineer in the software development life cycle. You will learn the types, methods, approaches, and levels of testing, as well as how to analyze requirements, plan tests, and create test cases and checklists. Additionally, you will master testing techniques, defect reporting, and test result documentation — key skills for any tester.

Upon completion, top candidates will be invited to EPAM Lab and receive the opportunity to continue their journey toward a Junior position.

Requirements

• English level from B2 and higher
• Solid knowledge of functional testing basics
• Good command of programming basics, networks, API and databases would be a plus
• Strong communication skills
  
  

Only Ukrainian citizens who permanently reside in Ukraine and plan to join the EPAM Ukraine team upon successful completion of the Laboratory are eligible to participate in the program.
