Senior Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant

Our Microsoft Business Applications team at EPAM is growing, and we're seeking a seasoned consultant to manage client interactions, collect requirements, and jointly develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. This role involves collaboration with geographically dispersed teams, participation in client relationship management, and solution delivery to generate quantifiable results for large-scale enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Break down business requirements and convert them into functional specs
• Set up Microsoft Dynamics CRM leveraging agentic capabilities to match client requirements and workflows
• Improve existing CRM AI/Copilot functionalities
• Partner with technical teams to guarantee solution integration
• Interact with clients to collect input and establish clear expectations
• Carry out impact assessments and identify changes needed to business processes
• Bridge communication gaps between stakeholders and technical teams
• Oversee CRM projects from kickoff to delivery
• Handle additional tasks such as testing, user training, and documentation management
• Champion Agile methodology adoption across the team
• Offer teams direction on CRM best practices
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years working as a Consultant within the IT sector
• Solid grasp of GenAI and LLM basics
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, or comparable agentic tools
• Deep knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 CRM setup and standard out-of-the-box features
• Familiarity with MS Power Apps, MS Copilot Studio, and Power Automate, along with application lifecycle management practices
• Capability to operate within agile teams or on one's own
• Grasp of application programming, QA, database systems, and system design principles
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
• Skilled in managing client expectations, conducting impact analysis, and resolving critical issues
• Analytical thinker with a proactive approach and comfort navigating ambiguous, fast-changing situations
• Advanced spoken English proficiency
• Capable of working well solo or as part of a team
  
  

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Power Portals and Power BI
• Exposure to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system; background in Data Analysis
• Background in sectors such as insurance, healthcare, or financial services
