Responsibilities

• Take ownership of full-cycle solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects
• Facilitate discovery workshops, conduct architecture assessments, and guide solution envisioning sessions
• Establish application, integration, security, data, and AI architecture frameworks
• Enforce architecture governance and maintain technical standards
• Create Copilot, agent-based, and AI-driven solutions leveraging Copilot Studio
• Contribute to estimations, proposals, and pre-sales efforts
• Guide and coach engineering and consulting teams
• Partner with executive stakeholders and business sponsors
  
  

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform
• Experience in Solution Architecture for enterprise initiatives
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Strong understanding of Azure integration and security concepts
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns and governance
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Advanced English proficiency
• Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Ability to identify AI-enabled business opportunities
• Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles
• Experience with AI-powered productivity or development tools
• Experience designing, configuring, or developing AI agents is a plus

• Background in Power BI
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 ERP
