Who we are looking for
- higher education degree;
- 3+ years of experience in L&D or employee development;
- strong facilitation skills and confidence working with groups;
- proven ability to manage projects, stakeholders, and multiple priorities;
- client-focused, proactive mindset with strong communication skills;
- comfortable balancing strategic advisory and operational delivery;
- good command of Excel, PowerPoint, and modern/AI tools;
- fluent Ukrainian and English.
- act as the main L&D point of contact for business leaders, HRBPs, and Talent teams in Ukraine;
- identify and validate learning needs and translate them into relevant development solutions;
- facilitate engaging training sessions (online and in-person), e.g. communication, feedback, goal setting, presentation skills;
- coordinate end-to-end delivery of training programs (internal & external), including logistics, vendors, contracting, and administration;
- support L&D planning and monitor local training budget in line with CE guidelines;
- ensure effective rollout of the CE L&D curriculum, including local and language-specific sessions;
- promote learning opportunities and drive participation through clear communication;
- collect feedback and continuously improve learning solutions;
- contribute to local and regional L&D projects and initiatives.
