Your project:

You'll join a team that manages $1M+ in Meta ad spend. You'll see first-hand how enterprise-scale media buying works, how budgets shift under volatility, and how senior marketers make decisions — gaining the equivalent of 3 years of career experience in just 6 months.

You will:

• Master advanced Meta tech integrations — take a deep technical dive into Meta infrastructure: set up and maintain Meta Pixels, Conversions API (CAPI), GTM server-side tracking, and GA4 attribution to build a flawless data foundation.
• Execute & QA campaigns on $1M+ spend accounts — work directly alongside a senior team managing 7-figure ad budgets, taking full ownership of campaign builds, link verification, UTM tagging, budget caps, and policy appeals.
• Leverage AI to automate grunt work — use AI co-pilots integrated into daily workflows to cut manual routine tasks by 20%+, so you can focus on high-value technical execution instead of copy-pasting.
  
  

We'll have a match if you:

• Have 3+ months of hands-on Meta experience — practical work in Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager (agency, media buying team, or e-commerce environment).
• Speak English at B2 level or higher.
• Bring obsessive attention to detail — a "measure twice, cut once" mindset with near-zero tolerance for typos in UTMs, broken links, or budget cap mistakes.
• Are AI-ready and tech-savvy — curious and open to using modern AI tools to automate routine tasks, speed up QA, and continuously optimize your workflow.
• Show process discipline and proactive ownership — self-organized enough to follow SOPs, execute repetitive tasks with high velocity, and troubleshoot platform bugs transparently without waiting to be micro-managed.
  
  

Will be an advantage:

• Solid AdTech & tracking knowledge — practical understanding of Meta Pixel setups, Conversions API (CAPI) basics, UTM parameters, GA4, and basic Google Tag Manager (GTM).
