Description

You will work on a healthcare technology platform where mobile and backend software directly support a medical device used to treat pain in real-world clinical settings. The system already has active users and production constraints, and the focus of the project is to strengthen its technical foundation, improve reliability, and fix critical user-facing issues that affect authentication, session stability, notifications, and accessibility.

The project represents the first phase of a larger product roadmap. Over an initial 8-week phase, the team will address the most urgent technical and UX challenges, stabilize the application, and define a scalable architecture and delivery plan for the rest of the year. This is a role for a .NET Senior Dev who enjoys being close to the code, understanding real system behavior, and turning complex constraints into pragmatic solutions.

Requirements

Must have:

• BA/MA in computer science or a similar field
• 5+ years of experience in commercial projects
• Strong proficiency with .NET /C#, GitHub, and REST APIs

• Terminal, bash, or PowerShell
• Kubernetes and Azure Services
• Experience with web technologies and protocols
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience working in agile teams with a focus on iterative delivery and continuous improvement
• Desire to work on a technically challenging medical project
  
  
  

Highly Desirable:

• Experience in creating unit and/or integration tests
• Experience with Frontend technologies
