Get ready to

• Own full-stack development across Next.js and PHP/Laravel, from architecture and implementation to deployment and optimization
• Develop and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels for rapid testing of new concepts, messaging, and user journeys
• Build personalization and scoring systems to deliver more relevant offers and experiences to users
• Develop internal tools, including solutions supporting advertising, marketing, and operational workflows
• Work with complex business logic, third-party integrations, APIs, data flows, and performance challenges
• Make architectural decisions and improve application performance, security, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, operations, and engineering team to deliver measurable business impact
• Mentor engineers and continuously improve code quality, development processes, and engineering standards
  
  

We expect you to

• Have strong professional experience with Next.js and React
• Have strong professional experience with PHP and Laravel
• Bring strong full-stack fundamentals, including clean architecture, design patterns, APIs, and automated testing
• Be comfortable owning both frontend and backend development rather than operating within a narrow part of the stack
• Confidently design, implement, and navigate complex business and domain logic
• Write reliable, maintainable, and well-tested code while following strong engineering practices
• Thrive in an experimentation-driven environment focused on shipping, measuring, learning, and iterating quickly
• Work autonomously from system design through implementation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization
• Bring a senior mindset with strong ownership, technical judgment, proactive problem-solving, and focus on business impact
• Be comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude to accelerate development, problem-solving, and everyday engineering workflows
  
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 3500-5000 EUR/month.

Location

We have several great workspaces to choose from, including our headquarters in Vilnius and our hubs in Klaipėda and Riga.

This position is fully remote.
