Your project:

Taimi is an inclusive LGBTQ+ dating app carefully designed to explore users' diverse romantic and sexual preferences. It ranks among the Top 5 dating apps in the U.S. by downloads, with partnerships with Doja Cat, Katy Perry, Lil Nas X, Netflix, The Ellen Show, Rolling Stone Magazine, and more.

Taimi today: 31M users, 1.5M MAU, 84M+ matches annually.

You will:

• Define and evolve Taimi's creative marketing strategy, aligned with performance goals and built to scale.
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of creative marketers, delegating clearly and giving constructive feedback.
• Hire, onboard, and develop marketers, continuously raising the team's bar.
• Plan and distribute tasks across the team by network and audience, balancing new content production against the scaling of winning creatives.
• Drive the search for new creative ideas, inspiring bold hypotheses and a fearless approach to testing and experimentation.
• Analyze creative performance, interpret test results, and back creative decisions with metrics.
• Stay hands-on with creative production and testing across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
  
  

We'll have a match if you:

• Have proven experience leading and mentoring a team of creative marketers.
• Read creative performance fluently and make data-backed decisions from test results.
• Can define and evolve a creative marketing strategy aligned with performance and scalability goals.
• Have hands-on experience creating and testing creatives for Meta, TikTok, and Google, with a strong understanding of each network's audience specifics and algorithm nuances.
• Balance idea generation with disciplined scaling, planning work by network and audience.
• Inspire experimentation and bold hypotheses across your team.

• Experience in dating, social, or other high-scale consumer apps.
