Our client is innovative manufacturer of medical devices in the United States which produces a devices and software applications.

At this project, you will have a great opportunity to be involved into the full development life cycle of medical software which is intended to help individuals by processing certain information taken from medical devices to identify health trends and to track daily activities.

Requirements

Experience Expectations: 5+ Years

Must-Have: – Performed BA/ Proxy PO roles for multiple years, experience in Medical Domain is a plus

Qualification: Engineering Graduate

Job responsibilities

• Take a lead and client-facing role, acting as a key liaison between the client, Product Management, and the development team.
• Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of well-prepared and prioritized work for upcoming sprints.
• Own and actively maintain the team backlog and Agile board, ensuring that priorities, statuses, dependencies, and next steps are clear and up to date. Plan and prioritize the product feature backlog and development activities.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities in collaboration with Product Management and key stakeholders.
• Efficiently facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, involving client stakeholders where appropriate.
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories, including clear acceptance criteria and readiness for development.
• Work closely with Customer Product Management to create and maintain the product backlog according to business value and priorities.
• Actively work with the development team throughout the sprint, monitor progress against Sprint Goals, identify blockers and dependencies, and facilitate their resolution.
• Support the Project Manager in sprint, release, and capacity planning by providing visibility into backlog readiness, team progress, dependencies, and potential delivery risks.
• Lead product release planning activities and help set realistic expectations for delivery of new functionality.
• Take an active role in identifying and mitigating impediments that may impact successful completion of Sprint and Release Goals.
• Together with PM promote effective Scrum practices within the team and help maintain discipline around the Agile process, board usage, and delivery commitments.
