Main responsibilities:

• Create and process invoices in SAP in accordance with the client's internal procedures;
• Validate billing data and liaise with clients to clarify information when discrepancies are identified;
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of operational tasks in line with established deadlines;
• Continuously develop knowledge of billing processes and SAP systems while contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;
• Experience working with SAP, particularly billing-related modules, will be considered as an advantage;
• Proficient user of MS Office applications, especially Excel;
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Ability to learn quickly and develop practical skills in working with SAP modules;
• Quality-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
