Description

We are looking for an ambitious Trainee Node.js Developer to join our engineering team. You will be working on modern web applications alongside experienced mentors who will guide your professional growth. Our team focuses on building scalable backend solutions, fostering a collaborative learning environment, and adopting industry best practices.

Requirements

• Good understanding of core JavaScript (ES6+, async/await, Promises, Event Loop).
• Basic hands-on experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express.js or NestJS (pet projects, courses, or commercial experience).
• Fundamental knowledge of RESTful API architecture and HTTP protocol.
• Understanding of database concepts (SQL/relational DBs; NoSQL is a plus).
• Familiarity with Git version control system.
• Logical thinking, good problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn.
• English level: B1 (Intermediate) or higher for reading technical documentation and basic team communication.
  
  
  

Job responsibilities

• Develop, test, and support backend services and REST APIs under the guidance of a Senior/Lead mentor.
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code following team standards.
• Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, and team discussions.
• Fix bugs and optimize existing backend logic.
