We are looking for a strong professional who combines strategic thinking with flawless operational execution. You will partner with Senior Leadership to shape priorities, coordinate critical initiatives, and turn strategy into measurable progress across the organization.

Impact You’ll Own

• Translate strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, governance, and coordinated execution across functions.
• Increase delivery discipline by establishing transparent milestones, ownership, dependencies, risks, and decision points.
• Enable Senior Leadership to make informed choices through structured analysis, concise insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Strengthen cross-functional alignment and ensure critical initiatives are delivered on time and to the expected standard.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, including the practical use of AI-enabled tools and new ways of working.
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Senior Leadership to shape strategic priorities and convert them into executable plans.
• Lead complex, cross-functional programs from definition through delivery, ensuring clarity on scope, outcomes, timelines, and ownership.
• Build integrated roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and manage dependencies, risks, issues, and escalation paths.
• Establish effective program governance, performance tracking, reporting, and decision-making routines.
• Synchronize business and enabling functions to maintain pace, transparency, and accountability.
• Structure ambiguous business challenges, develop insights, and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement and explore AI tools that can increase process efficiency and execution quality.
  
  

Skills & Capabilities

Must-haves

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy, PMO, Transformation, Consulting, or Program Management.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional programs in a large international organization.
• Ability to structure ambiguous challenges, create roadmaps, set priorities, and drive execution.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including effective partnership with Senior Leadership.
• High level of analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to connect detail to the broader business context.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a clear and concise approach to complex topics.
• Proactive and execution-focused mindset, strong ownership, and close attention to detail.
• Fluent English and Ukrainian.
