Business Development Manager (Internal Products)

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in building an outbound sales pipeline from scratch. You will be the first dedicated commercial hire in the department and will own the full sales cycle for our products, working in tandem with the Product Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Building and owning a pipeline of direct B2B clients and commercial buyers, from prospecting to closed contract.
• Owning enterprise sales cycles end-to-end: qualifying commercial buyers, navigating procurement and security reviews, and closing software/solution contracts
• Shaping monetization models together with the Product Manager, including pricing tiers, volume discounts, one-off and recurring fees
• Validating pricing with the market, tracking competitor pricing, and adjusting commercial models based on deal outcomes and margins
• Defining product positioning with the Product Manager and creating the sales kit: pitch deck, one-pagers, partner economics, case studies
• Running targeted outreach campaigns and representing SQUAD at international industry events
• Synthesizing objection patterns, buyer friction points, and feature requests into actionable insights for the Product Manager
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience selling proprietary B2B tech products, software, or SaaS
• Demonstrated track record of 0-to-1 outbound hunting
• Proven experience B2B sales methodologies (BANT, SPIN, MEDDPICC)
• Experience with CRM (HubSpot), Sales Navigator, Apollo, and similar tools
• Experience with AI tools for research, prospecting, and outreach tasks
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Willingness and ability to travel for industry events and ecosystem engagements
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to earn trust with decision-makers
• Business acumen and the ability to argue with numbers, not adjectives
• Fluent English (C1/C2)
