Your project:

AdConnect. It is a business within appflame that specializes in building innovative solutions in performance marketing and digital products development. Our performance marketing includes Social, PPC, Native, and Display advertising. Within these areas, we help businesses from around the world acquire new customers through Meta, Google, TikTok, Bing, Taboola, and more.

You will:

• Develop and run Meta app campaign strategies for highly competitive dating products and target markets, within budget guidelines.
• Launch, optimize, and scale App Promotion and Advantage+ app campaigns with a monthly budget of $200k+, growing toward $500k+.
• Analyze and optimize performance using CPI, CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and ROI, keeping payback targets while scaling.
• Expand into new GEOs beyond the U.S. and build a working acquisition setup for each new market.
• Research competitors, generate insights, and present findings to stakeholders for data-driven decisions.
• Work with designers, developers, and other specialists to bring your ideas for ads and landing pages to life; run creative testing and decide what to scale.
• Work with MMP and in-house analytics data: cohorts, LTV, payback; reconcile Meta and MMP numbers, including iOS measurement.
• Launch and test new initiatives: new products, verticals, and acquisition approaches.
  
  

We'll have a match if you:

• Have a strong understanding of Meta algorithms.
• Have at least 1 year of experience with Meta Ads in the app business.
• Have managed $100k+ monthly budgets in highly competitive verticals.
• Can analyze key metrics like CPI, CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and ROI, and make decisions based on cohorts.
• Are confident with spreadsheets and BI tools.
• Have good technical skills in Meta SDK and App Events, Pixel, and Conversions API.
• Come from a product company and have your own cases of scaling campaigns.
• Take a data-driven approach and communicate clearly and transparently.
• Have a positive mindset and a challenging spirit to push boundaries.
• Speak English at an Intermediate level or higher
  
  

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with MMP tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust) and iOS measurement (SKAdNetwork / AEM).
• Experience launching campaigns in new GEOs.
• Strong technical skills in tracking systems (Keitaro, Voluum) and their APIs.
