We are looking for a DevSecOps Lead for the IAM product line of a leading provider in the energy sector. The company is building its own sovereign private cloud with a large external team.

We are looking for a DevSecOps Lead for the IAM product line of a leading provider in the energy sector. The company is building its own sovereign private cloud with a large external team.
Your future role
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and management of IAM, PKI, and secret management solutions across infrastructure, services, and application layers
- Drive the adoption and integration of DevSecOps best practices in a cloud-native environment
- Work hands-on with technologies such as Keycloak, HashiCorp Vault, Kubernetes, and Rancher
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to enhance security frameworks and infrastructure resilience
- Guide the team in securing CI/CD pipelines, automating compliance, and managing sensitive information
- Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to ensure that security solutions align with both business and technical objectives
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance of security solutions within the internal cloud platform
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and direction to a senior technical team
- Proven leadership experience in DevSecOps or Cloud Security roles
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Rancher, and cloud-native technologies
- Hands-on experience with Keycloak, HashiCorp Vault, and modern IAM and PKI practices
- Solid knowledge of infrastructure security and secret management
- Experience working in senior technical environments, with the ability to guide and influence highly skilled engineering teams
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in a senior-level environment
