Infopulse, Part of Tietoevry Create, is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a QA Engineer (ServiceNow).

When joining Tietoevry Create as a QA Engineer

• You become part of a collaborative team of QA engineers, developers, business analysts, and designers, where continuous learning and improvement are part of everyday work
• You will ensure high-quality software delivery by performing manual and API-level testing, working closely with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies
• You will be involved in multiple projects, contributing your analytical mindset and attention to detail to help drive quality across the entire software development lifecycle
  
  
  

Who We Are Looking For

• You have 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, with a strong background in manual and API testing
• You have at least 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow
• You have experience of Postman and SQL
• You are well-versed in SDLC models, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices
• You are comfortable communicating in English at an Intermediate to Advanced level
  
  
  

As Part Of Your Responsibilities, You Will

• Analyze system requirements to define effective test strategies for maximizing coverage and improving reliability
• Understand the product’s functionality and create exploratory test scenarios
• Prepare detailed test plans and test cases, and collaborate with business analysts on effective testing approaches
• Execute test cases, monitor test activities, and report on testing progress and quality metrics
• Identify, track, and verify software defects, ensuring issues are addressed and resolved
