About your new job:

This role is focused on building capabilities and driving advocacy for The Macallan within Coca-Cola Hellenic Ukraine. You will lead luxury brand representation at consumer events, develop innovative trend-setting programs, and manage educational initiatives, including a bartender Academy with certification.

The position requires strong engagement with bartenders, HoReCa, influencers, and luxury consumers, delivering trainings, tastings, and joint events. Close cooperation with Sales, Premium HoReCa, and Marketing teams ensures consistent execution and impactful trade influence.

The strategic goal is to strengthen premium spirits positioning through education, community engagement, and market innovation

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills;
• Be quick in understanding customer needs;
• Have a fluent level of English;

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating capability building strategic framework;
• Drives advocacy for the Coca-Cola Hellenic UKRAINE of The Macallan;
• Represents Brands in Consumer events & luxury activities;
• Creating innovative programs and tools for building new trends on the market;
• Builds and retain excellent relationship with media, trend-setters, influencers, guru, bartenders and customers;
• Educates and influences the trade through Brands programs and trainings;
• Developing Academy program with cetification process;
• Conducts comprehensive trainings, tastings, samplings based on bartneder segmentation and internal priority layers;
• Inspires and engage Bartender community in Ukrainian market;
• Builds a network of Luxury consumers through visits and joint events;
• Leading engagement and educational program for HoReCa;
• Aligns and cooperates smoothly with Premium Horeca team and Premium Spirits Marketing;
• Cooperates efficiently with the Sales team;
• Deliver education programs to Sales team.

The main office of the company is located in Velyka Dymerka. Corporate buses are provided from metro stations Chernihivska and Lybidska, and also, from the city of Brovary and the settlements of Velyka Dymerka, Bohdanivka, Kalyta.
