Role Overview
The OTAs Specialist will support the OTAs department in the day-to-day management and update of all the products sold on this very important channel. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in tourism product operations who enjoys working hands-on across product setup, optimisation, maintenance, copywriting, analysis, and cross-functional coordination. The OTAs Specialist will help ensure products are accurate, compelling, commercially competitive, and operationally sound across all the different OTAs LivTours works with.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management, optimisation, and API connectivity of LivTours portfolio on OTAs
- Assist with the setup and enhancement of new products on OTAs, ensuring they meet quality, logistical, and market requirements
- Product loading on several different platforms
- Manage products API connectivity and channel management procedures
- Ability to manage product changes and collaborate with Product, Fulfilment, Inventory, Client Experience, Regional Development and Guide Management teams to ensure changes are in place on all OTAs
- Ensure product data, pricing, logistics, and operational details are accurate and up to date across all OTAs
- Assist in maintaining pricing & availability accuracy and alignment across the different distribution channels
- Conduct competitor and market research on OTAs to support product positioning and development decisions
- Get in touch with OTAs support teams to make sure issues are resolved
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 12-24 months experience working in tourism in a product, operations, or product support role
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient in managing multiple systems, emerging technologies, and task management software, with a demonstrated ability to develop and adhere to standard operating procedures
- Collaborative working style with the confidence to engage with cross-functional teams
- Strong written communication skills, preferably with experience in product copywriting, content creation, content optimisation

- Energetic, motivated, and proactive, with a creative approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable taking initiative and working independently while knowing when to seek input or guidance
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and a good sense of humour
- Fully fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
