Summary
The Technical PM manages delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams. They own backlog health across projects, translate functional requirements into engineering-ready tickets, and keep delivery tracking.
Requirements
Jira backlog management — granular, well-defined tickets with clear acceptance criteria
Sprint delivery — velocity tracking, milestone management across parallel workstreams
Technical fluency — enough to review tickets critically, flag technical risk, and engage on architecture trade-offs at a conceptual level
Risk and dependency management
Pharma experience
AI product development familiarity
Familiarity with statistical programming or regulatory workflows
Experience managing a team through a blended team formation (internals & externals)
