About The Job

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Key Account Manager to drive sales and trade marketing execution across key retail accounts within an assigned territory. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets, strengthening customer partnerships, and implementing commercial initiatives that support the growth of our brand portfolio. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams, you will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, maximizing account performance, and delivering sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned portfolio of brands.
  • Drive volume and value growth across key retail accounts and product categories.
  • Manage customer P&L performance and ensure profitable business development within the assigned area.
  • Lead the execution of trade marketing projects, promotional campaigns, and commercial initiatives in line with company strategy.
  • Develop and implement tailored account plans and trade marketing activities in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Monitor account performance, evaluate the effectiveness of commercial activities, and identify opportunities to grow the business and mitigate risks.
  • Manage assigned trade marketing and operational budgets, ensuring accurate reporting and full compliance with company policies and regulations.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, or a similar commercial role within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to build and manage successful customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to turn insights into actions.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across functions and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented, with strong planning, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; English language skills and a valid driving licence are considered an advantage.
