We're looking for a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition and working closely with TA partners, engineering leaders up to the CTO, and the Brand team. This is a newly created, senior individual contributor role: you'll own recruitment marketing end to end, from attraction strategy for our priority chapters to the campaigns and events that bring candidates in and the careers page they land on. You'll be highly independent, building the function and deciding what good looks like rather than inheriting a playbook.

What You'll Be Doing
- Own attraction strategy for priority chapters (Engineering, Data/AI, Design, Commercial): diagnose hiring challenges and define target segments, channel mix, and campaign focus
- Create structured briefs and roadmaps for Brand to execute, and keep a forward-looking recruitment marketing roadmap aligned to hiring plans
- Define the talent events strategy with TA and Chapter Leads, and select high-impact conferences, meetups, and sponsorships
- Lead the delivery of in-house recruitment events and sponsored conferences: use your creativity for dream up formats that stand out, find distinctive ways to put Preply in front of the right talent, handle vendors, materials, and logistics, and turn each event into strong real pipeline
- Own the careers page as a conversion surface: structure, content, and experimentation to improve apply rate and reduce drop-off, partnering with Brand on UX and build
- Run paid and organic campaigns (LinkedIn ads included), set success metrics up front (pipeline, seniority mix, conversion to interview), and evaluate ROI
- Define and monitor KPIs across channels, report clearly to TA leadership and chapter stakeholders, and refine strategy based on the data
- Own the performance and ROI of selected job boards and talent channels, and recommend where to shift investment
- 6+ years across recruitment marketing, talent marketing, or employer branding, with real recruitment marketing experience in the mix. Strong recruiters or marketers who moved into RM are welcome
- Hands-on, end-to-end events experience: you've run events yourself, logistics and all, and they delivered
- A data-driven approach to channels and ROI: you measure what you run and shift spend on evidence
- Experience with LinkedIn paid ads and campaign management
- A clear, structured communicator who earns trust with senior and technical stakeholders and works independently
- Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and sharper
- Advanced English level (C1+) required
- Based in, or open to relocating to, Barcelona or Kyiv, and happy to be on site when events and hiring pushes need you
- Nice to have: Glassdoor or employer-reputation experience, university or graduate programme experience, or sourcing alongside recruitment marketing
