Marketing Executive

Aston VIP is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing international team.

This is a hybrid position based in Dubai, offering flexibility to work both remotely and from our Dubai office. We are specifically looking for candidates currently based in Europe who are interested in joining a fast-growing international advisory firm.

Your role will focus on generating qualified business leads through digital marketing. This is not a branding or social media role—we measure success by enquiries, conversions and revenue.

You will be responsible for planning, managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, Reddit Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and X. You will also work on SEO, landing page optimisation, analytics and conversion rate improvements.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

• Creating and testing high-converting landing pages with our design team.

• Improving SEO performance.

• Managing conversion tracking and analytics.

• Optimising campaigns based on CPL, ROAS and lead quality.

• Testing new acquisition channels before competitors.

• Working directly with management on growth strategy.

• Helping establish Aston VIP as one of the leading advisory firms in Dubai.

Requirements

• Based in Europe.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in performance marketing.

• Strong experience with Google Ads.

• Experience with Reddit Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and X Ads.

• Experience with SEO and Google Analytics 4.

• Experience creating high-converting landing pages.

• Excellent written English.

• Commercial mindset with a focus on ROI and lead generation.

• Able to work independently.

• Willing to travel to Dubai when required or relocate over time.
