Description

We are seeking a senior AI Engineer to join the AI Operations team building next-generation developer AI-tooling for large-scale enterprise software platform.

Our client is a leading American multinational IT corporation headquartered in California, recognized as one of the world’s largest companies in the sector. Their software runs on hundreds of millions of endpoint devices and integrates AI companion tools, workplace management and Smart Office capabilities.

The project centers on the production AIOps platform – FastAPI + LangGraph system that automates engineering workflows by applying LLMs to structured data from issue tracking, device logs and CI/CD signals. The platform connects to real enterprise systems, runs stateful agent workflows with PostgreSQL-backed persistence and surfaces insights through a React/TypeScript dashboard.

Requirements

• 7+ years of senior software engineering experience, with a strong focus on Python backend with at least 2 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying LLM or agentic systems.
• Expertise in agentic AI architectures: LangGraph, LangChain, tool use, structured outputs
• Strong Python engineering: FastAPI, Pydantic, async/await, clean service layering
• Experience with OpenAI SDK and local LLM serving (Ollama)
• PostgreSQL schema design, async drivers, query optimization
• DevOps foundation: Docker, Docker Compose
• Jira API and external system integration experience
• React/TypeScript for dashboard features – beneficial
• Upper-intermediate English (spoken and written)
• Experience working in a team Git/Github workflow
  
  
  

Job responsibilities

• Development of AIOps automation services – production systems that apply LLMs and agent decisions to accelerate engineering workflows
• Design stateful LangGraph workflows with PostgreSQL checkpointing; ensure reliability and idempotency at scale
• Integrate extraction pipelines and LLM-based analysis into automated decision-making flows
• Define and maintain REST API contracts (FastAPI) consumed by external webhooks and scheduled jobs
• Drive technical decisions on cloud vs. local LLM provider strategy (OpenAI / Ollama / Anthropic)
