CEMARK has an exciting opportunity to join the Supply Chain Department as a Commercial Development Manager (B2B Waste Services). In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our market presence by building strong relationships with B2B clients across retail, HoReCa, FMCG, and industrial sectors. You will combine strategic thinking, market analytics, and solution-oriented sales expertise to design innovative recycling and waste collection models that create real environmental and operational value for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Acquisition:

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients (retail, HoReCa, FMCG, industrial companies) - Develop a structured client acquisition roadmap
• Build a pipeline of small, medium, and large waste producers
  
  

Market & Client Analysis

• Conduct research and analyze waste generation patterns of potential clients
• Identify key waste streams (mixed, plastics, textiles, industrial fractions)
• Evaluate logistics, volumes, and service models
  
  

Solution Design

• Develop customized waste collection and recycling solutions
• Propose concepts such as: On-site container systems, Mono-stream collection, Reverse logistics models
• Determination and measurement of OPEX impact and ensure project/client feasibility together with technical team
  
  

Negotiation & Contracting

• Lead commercial negotiations with clients
• Structure win-win agreements (pricing, service levels, logistics schemes)
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts
  
  

Partnership & Relationship Management

• Build long-term strategic relationships with key clients
• Act as the main contact point for commercial matters
• Identify potential expansion opportunities
  
  

Strategy & Portfolio Development

• Develop a portfolio of priority clients
• Define market entry strategies by segment
• Contribute to project development and scaling model
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years in business development / B2B sales
• Multitasking: ability to manage high qty of various tasks
• Strong negotiation and communication skills'
• Strong commercial mindset
• Entrepreneurial mindset — ability to build solutions from scratch
• Analytical thinking (scenario development & OPEX survey, accumulation of data)
• High level of ownership and proactivity
• Readiness for a long-lasting projects with patience in results
• English – Intermediate level (verbal and written)
• Experience in one of the industries: waste management; logistics, industrial services will be an advantage
