We are looking for an AI Engineer (Middle Strong) to join our team and work on building practical AI solutions and delivering production-ready AI capabilities, not just machine learning models.

This position is remote-friendly!

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of solid commercial experience in software development, with a strong Python backend focus
• Advanced Python skills - production experience with FastAPI (or equivalent), Pydantic, and async patterns
• Hands-on experience with LLM technologies, including OpenAI and/or Azure OpenAI
• Practical experience with prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approaches
• Experience building and maintaining API integrations
• Fluent English (spoken and written—remote-first working environment)

• Integrate Azure OpenAI / LLM technologies into products
• Build AI agents, RAG systems, and chatbots
• Work with Document Intelligence solutions
• Prototype and deliver AI features into production
