Product Manager Bakery

(Kyiv, Ukraine )

Your Mission

Reporting to Marketing Manager you will be responsible for development and implementation of a marketing strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness, supporting sales, lead generation, promoting new solutions, and building the company’s expert image in the B2B segment.

What You Will Do

• Timely product sales analysis (bakery segment)
• Joint work with demonstration technologists to develop new finished product ideas – including positioning, pricing, etc.
• Competitor product research, data collection, and systematization
• Sales team support: materials, training, promotional tools
• Preparation and delivery of presentations and customer events aimed at increasing sales, development of promo materials, participation in industry exhibitions
• Content marketing: articles, videos, client interviews
• Working with contractors – design, copywriting, printing, etc.
  
  

What We Expect From You

• Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the field of food ingredient solutions or raw materials for production
• Understanding of the product go-to-market cycle, preparation of technical content, collaboration with technologists, R&D, and sales teams
• Ability to structure information and transform complex technical products into clear marketing messages
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• English level – Intermediate
• Willingness to travel abroad and within the country
