That's the opportunity: this is a rare chance to help shape the visual communications of a local office inside a global organization: to set how the office of Endeavor in Ukraine looks, and to define a visual voice that lasts.

You'll sit inside our MarComm & Events team, turning our brand, campaigns, and events into work people actually notice — across social, print, presentations, merch, motion, and the web.

What You'll Do

• Social media: develop static visual content for our channels and campaigns, from single posts to multi-slide carousels, adapting our brand system to each platform and format.
• Motion design: edit and assemble clips, Reels, and short-form video for Endeavor's social media, adding motion and light animation that give our content movement and stopping power.
• Presentations & internal comms: partner with the Projects and Operations teams to bring decks and one-pagers to life within our established template system, making ideas land both inside the team and with founders, partners, and investors.
• Reports & newsletters: take ownership of design and layout for our publications, from the flagship Ukrainian tech ecosystem report to the monthly newsletter, translating dense content into clear, on-brand visual stories.
• Merch & print: develop concepts and production-ready designs for physical materials — merch, print collateral, and giveaways — that carry the brand into the real world.
• Website: design new visuals and page blocks, and refresh existing ones, keeping the site current and on-brand as our story evolves.
• Events: create the visual world of our flagship moments, like Meet & Grit — signage, print, and on-site materials — so every event looks unmistakably Endeavor and stays memorable.
  
  

Must-Have

• Curiosity, applied. You're genuinely interested in high-growth companies, scaleups, Ukrainian and global tech ecosystem and trends.
• Portfolio. A portfolio that shows range and craft across formats: social, print, presentations, and ideally motion.
• Tools. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), plus fluency with AI generation tools.
• Craft and taste. Strong visual instincts and an eye for detail. Your work is clean, considered, and consistently on-brand — and you know why a choice works, not just that it looks good.
• Range. You're comfortable taking on formats that are new to you, and willing to build depth in adjacent skills over time.
• Drive. You're ambitious and take real ownership of your work. You hold yourself to a high and rising bar, and you follow through.
• Business and brand awareness. You understand who a piece is for and what it's meant to achieve, and you let that shape your design decisions — not just the aesthetics.
• Team spirit. You're a team player, glad to pitch in where the team needs a hand.

Location

Being based in Kyiv matters for this role. We're flexible on working hours and don't expect daily office presence, but this one is a firm requirement: we can only consider candidates already based in Kyiv or planning to relocate here.
