Software Engineer (C++)

Team Summary

Our team consists of four software engineers and one development manager. Our main team specialization is AI/ML algorithm deployment on various embedded devices. With a focus on quality and flexibility, our team builds long-term on-device and host solutions including business logic, algorithms, and infrastructure related to ML pipelines.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with deep expertise in IoT ecosystems and machine learning infrastructure. This role will lead the architectural design and strategic evolution of our ML algorithm execution platform in host environments, driving innovation across two critical domains: optimizing existing distributed systems and pioneering next-generation capabilities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Profile models and bring up new hardware.
• Convert models, and measure their performance.
• Drive cross-platform compatibility decisions and mentor team on embedded systems ML Infrastructure Leadership Design and optimize distributed ML inference systems for edge-to-cloud deployment.
• Lead performance engineering for throughput/latency optimization across heterogeneous hardware Own resource management strategies for memory-constrained embedded environments.
• Quality Engineering & Testing Strategy.
• Design comprehensive testing frameworks (unit, integration, HIL, performance).
• Own CI/CD pipeline architecture with automated hardware testing.
• Establish quality metrics and monitoring for production firmware deployments.
• Technical Leadership Drive cross-functional architecture decisions with product, hardware, and data science teams.
• Lead technical reviews and provide guidance on complex system design challenges.
• Own technical debt reduction and long-term scalability planning
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong command of C++ and solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.
• Proven experience with Agentic AI
• Proficient in CMake, Bash scripting, and Linux command-line operations.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
  
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with model conversion, quantization, and performance profiling.
• Knowledge of Python
• Familiarity with Git and Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Docker.
