Support Engineer

We are looking for a Support Engineer to keep Kyivstar's Big Data platform and data products running reliably every day. You will own the full incident lifecycle - from the first alert and triage to root-cause analysis, permanent fix and prevention - across our data pipelines, cloud and on-premises environments.

Requirements

• 0,5+ years of experience as a Support Engineer.
• Basic knowledge of Linux
• Experience with git
• Experience with sh/bash
• Experience with diagnostic tools (curl, telnet, dig, etc.)
• Experience with monitoring and alerting systems like Prometheus, Grafana or others;
  
  

Will Be a Plus

• Experience using configuration management software (Ansible, Terraform)
• Experience working with scripting languages experience (Python preferred).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes,
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Gitlab CI or others.
• Experience with ELK stack
• Infrastructure as a code, GitOps principles understanding
• Experience working with Cloud (AWS preferred)
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgeSQL, or others.
